Preservation
African American Culture Inc. strives to document, preserve, and inform the public of information, items, and locations of importance to the African Americans of Appalachia.

This includes the cleaning and maintenance of African American graveyards that have been left uncared for in the Appalachia region, recovery and documentation of important documents and photos relating to Appalachian African American history, the spread of lost public information to the Appalachian community, discussion panels, one on one life coaching sessions promoting change and much more.
Education
African American Culture Inc. provides support for the education and research of Appalachian African American History. Giving people the tools and assistance needed to research their history.
Geneaology
African American Culture Inc. traces the ancestry of African Americans in Appalachian Communities and informs them their family history and stories lost to time, and to possibly connect families who are unaware of their history or lineage, connecting them to their places of origin.
Building A Diverse Community
To move forward we must understand each other, and to do so we must escape the bias we have for individuals whose cultures may differ from our own. African American Culture Inc. hosts bias sensitivity training to inform people of these sensitive topics and how to deal with them in our communities in healthy and non-destructive ways.

We must also talk about the things that separate our communities to truly start anew in an all-inclusive community. As such, African American Culture Inc. also hosts diversity inclusion classes, where we teach E.D.I. (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) principles.
African American Culture Inc. stands with others in denouncing racism, intolerance, and exclusion.
